Qian Huang is a partner at Merits & Tree. Prior to joining M&T, Ms. Huang served as a partner/associate at AnJie Broad Law Firm and a managing partner/ associate at B&D Law Firm. She worked in the criminal investigation department of public security organs for many years.
Ms. Huang has 20 years of rich practice experience in dispute resolution, specializing in the defense of criminal cases involving white-collar crimes and unit crimes, and has undertaken many successful cases of innocence, non-prosecution, and lenient sentencing. Ms. Huang could work out the best solutions for clients and has rich practical experience in significant and complex civil and commercial disputes, especially good at handling cases in construction projects, disputes over equity (company control), and crossed cases of civil law and criminal law. Ms. Huang has won many cases in the Supreme People's Court of the People’s Republic of China and the High People's Court. Ms. Huang, as a drafter of the Effectiveness evaluation of compliance management system for small and medium-sized enterprises and an expert in the assessment and training of senior compliance officers in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, has unique insights and practical experience in the construction of compliance system for central enterprises/state-owned enterprises and has provided special legal services for many state-owned enterprises and group enterprises in internal criminal compliance risk verification, compliance due diligence, and compliance system construction.
